General characteristics of the V Models:

  • An instrument based on a microprocessor with connectivity through a RS-232/USB port.
  • Able to perform a control at the end of the production line of large productions.
  • It provides information by means of a digital display when failure occurs in the piece of equipement being tested. It also has a sound alarm.
  • Connected to PC by means of an optional software (PRG System), it allows to acquire test data for statistic analysis and reports.
  • It incluyes four (4) periodic calibration verifiers required by certifiers plus a PERIODIC VERIFICACIÓN CHART/TABLE so as to keep the required records as compulsory.

V2 Model:

  • Designed to test CLASS II products
  • It performs Dielectric Rigidity Test also with leakage current evaluation
  • Leakage current measurement
  • Test voltage though fixed can be configurated at the request of the customer.
  • Standard values: 1250Vca, 1500Vca, 1750Vca, 2500Vca, 3750Vca
  • A sound alarm and the display indicate failure status when it detects a current drain that is higher than the cut-off.
  • Safe operation system for the equipment operator.
  • It informs about the current drain measured in the dielectric rigidity test through the display.
  • Its USB/RS232 connection and its microprocessing capacity allows for a flexible performance in intelligent application/instrumentación.

V1 Model:

  • Designed to test CLASS I
  • Additional to V2, this piece of equipment incorporated ground test
  • Standard voltage test: 12Vca
  • Shunt limited current up to 25/30 Amperes (according to norm)
  • It indicates when GROUND CABLE RESISTANCE is higher than 0.1 / 0.2 ohm according to what has been predetermined
  • Visual and sound indicators are similar to V2

  • Additional software for V Equipment
  • Allows to upload product data and to register the test.
  • Allows to register test values and their use by means of a standard PC.
  • Allows to perform statistic analysis for quality and production reports.
